Project & Service Terms

Each engagement should have a written scope describing deliverables, inputs, languages, formats, review rounds, schedule and commercial terms. Client delays in supplying assets, feedback or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate source material, usage instructions and platform specifications.
• Confirm that supplied content, music, footage, scripts and trademarks may legally be used.
• Provide consolidated feedback through the agreed approval process.

Payment & Cancellation

Project payment schedules are confirmed in the applicable quotation, proposal or work order. Production may require an advance before work begins. Final files, source assets or usage rights may be released only after applicable payments are received.

If a confirmed project is paused or cancelled, completed work, committed resources and approved third-party costs remain chargeable. Freelancers and artists are paid according to their separately agreed terms.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables are governed by the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, rights transfer after full payment. Working files, production methods, unused concepts and third-party licensed assets may remain subject to separate ownership or licence restrictions.

AI voice cloning, digital replicas or reuse of an artist's performance require appropriate consent and must remain within the agreed scope.
